Payment Options
All invoices are sent through BreederBuddy, the secure online platform we use to keep our families’ information organized, protected, and transparent throughout the puppy process.
The remaining balance is due at 6 weeks of age, prior to puppy pick day.
For final balances, we accept cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Payments may also be mailed in advance to avoid online payment fees.
If paying electronically, we may accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Facebook Messenger Pay, Walmart to Walmart, or PayPal Friends & Family only. We do not accept PayPal Goods & Services for puppy payments. The buyer is responsible for any platform or processing fees.
We will discuss each family’s individual payment options before puppy pick day, which typically takes place around 6–7 weeks of age.
Pickup, Delivery & Shipping Options
We recommend that all puppies be picked up on their scheduled go-home date whenever possible. However, we understand that some families may need assistance with pickup or delivery. We are happy to discuss available options with you.
In-Person Pickup
Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in person at Royal Treasure Mini Doxies by appointment. We may also be able to meet at Everett Paine Field Airport with advance arrangements.
Your puppy should be small enough to fly in-cabin as a carry-on pet. You will need to purchase an airline-approved pet carrier that fits under the seat. Please contact your airline directly for carry-on pet pricing, rules, and requirements.
Families are also welcome to make a trip out of pickup day. We have pet-friendly hotels nearby, along with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Home Delivery
If you are within 100 miles of us, we may be able to personally deliver your puppy for $1.75 per mile, based on round-trip mileage.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation starts at $500 and varies based on location. We work with trusted transporters and do not mark up transportation costs.
Flight Nanny
Flight nanny service may be available for families who are not able to pick up in person. Your puppy travels safely in-cabin with a dedicated flight nanny and is personally hand-delivered to you at your home or nearest approved airport.
Flight nanny pricing varies depending on location, timing, and travel details. Quotes are available upon request. Once booked, flight nanny fees are non-refundable.
We prefer this option when available because it allows your puppy to travel safely in-cabin with personalized care. We handle the arrangements and provide the full flight itinerary once confirmed.
Payment in full, including any shipping or delivery fees, must be received before transportation arrangements are made.
Shipped or delivered puppies will arrive with their going-home packet. Please let us know on your puppy application if you need to discuss pickup, delivery, or shipping options.

Additional Fees
Pick of the Litter Fee: $500 — non-refundable and does not go toward the purchase price.
Puppy Shipping: Varies — starting at $500. We do not profit from shipping.
Extended Stay/Boarding: $15 per day or $105 per week.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change. While our prices may increase periodically, any puppy with a submitted contract and deposit prior to a price increase will have the contracted price honored for that contracted litter.
AKC Registration Information
AKC registration officially records your puppy with the American Kennel Club and provides an official AKC Registration Certificate with your dog’s name recorded in the AKC Registry.
When you register your puppy with AKC, you may receive access to benefits such as:
• A frameable AKC Registration Certificate with your dog’s officially registered name
• Permanent recording of your dog in the official AKC Registry
