Nestled on three peaceful acres in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, in beautiful Lake Stevens, Washington, Royal Treasure Mini Doxies is more than a breeding program—it’s a place where love, intention, and family come together to raise truly special companions.
As a small, family-centered program, every puppy is raised right here in our home, surrounded by daily life, gentle care, and constant affection. We are passionate hobby breeders devoted to preserving the beauty and integrity of the miniature Dachshund while creating deeply bonded companions for families who become part of our extended Royal family.
We proudly raise both Smooth and Longhaired Miniature Dachshunds, typically ranging from 9–16 lbs. Our focus includes the elegance of Longhair Creams, the richness of Smooth Chocolate & Tans, and the unique beauty of Dapples—including Cream and Chocolate & Tan variations. Each pairing is thoughtfully planned from carefully selected lines with respected champion pedigrees such as WRoyal, Sniffntells (Canada), BBDoxie, WTL, and more.
Above all, we believe that health and temperament are the true foundation of a wonderful dog. All of our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing through Embark DNA and OFA. Just as importantly, we prioritize calm, affectionate, and well-balanced temperaments—because the most meaningful part of what we do is raising puppies who grow into confident, loving companions.

At Royal Treasure Mini Doxies, we uphold the highest standards of Health, Education, Accountability, Responsibility, and Tradition— raising each puppy with intention, integrity, and love.
Our puppies are nurtured from the very beginning using Puppy Culture principles, including early neurological stimulation, intentional socialization, and positive exposure to everyday experiences. This thoughtful start helps ensure a smooth, confident transition into their forever homes.
At Royal Treasure, our Dachshunds are not simply part of a program—they are part of our family. And when you welcome one of our puppies into your home, you become part of that family too.
What Comes with our Puppies!?!
A Clear line of health – we are committed to preserving strong, healthy lines through careful genetic screening for dachshund-specific conditions.
Well socialized puppies – each puppy is exposed from day one to a fun, family environment that encourages calm, mellow behavior. Group and one-on-one socialization, tolerance of sudden and loud noises, human handling, child play, alone-time, and adaptation to as many everyday family activities as possible; preliminary potty and possible crate training.
Sweet Temperaments – This is one of the most important things we strive for.. Happy and playful, yet mellow and gentle; highly intelligent and easily trained; enthusiastic; graceful; athletic with agility, spunk, and spring.
Superior features – long, low silhouette, ever-alert expressions, and bold, vivacious personality.
Exceptional veterinary and grooming care – vet checks and puppy care for total health and grooming.
Health Clearance – Complete physical exam by a vet, jaw, teeth and bite check. Eyes and ears. Before your puppy goes home we also provide the first bath, nail clipping and coat brushing.
Vaccinations – first set of vaccines sometimes second set (depending on the age of the puppy when they go home).
Worming – We deworm our puppies and Dam for worms at two weeks and again at 4 weeks then puppies at 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age.
Commitment – we are committed to you and your puppy – and will be available long after you take your puppy home. We’re here to help you with potty training, food & diet questions, obedience training or basically anything you might need some help with.
