This application is simply a way for us to get to know you better so we can make the best possible match. We’re not looking for “perfect” people — we’re looking for kind, honest, loving families who are ready to welcome a little Treasure into their hearts and homes.

If we have not spoken yet, please text Christina first before submitting your application. We don’t always have availability on our reservation lists, and we want to make sure we can properly guide you.

If you submit the application before we connect, that’s okay — just follow up with a quick text so it doesn’t get overlooked.
Please do not place a deposit until we’ve spoken and you’ve received the go-ahead.
Submitting an application alone does not reserve a puppy.
Once we have:
- Your completed application
- Confirmation of the litter you’re interested in
- Your approved deposit
We will happily add you to the appropriate reservation list and begin the exciting journey together.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a puppy.
You acknowledge you have researched Miniature Dachshunds and are prepared to spend the necessary money to provide proper care and training.
A $500 deposit is required to be sent with this application and is non-refundable and any additional payment(s) received for said puppy are non-refundable, but can be transferrable to a future litter.
When submitting your non-refundable $500 puppy deposit you’re also agreeing to our non-refundable deposit/payment terms, puppy contract and our 12 month health guarantee. Please note that if any future litter has previous deposits, those previous deposit will have priority.
All monies received for said puppy are non-refundable, however maybe transferred to another litter.
All puppies remain the property of Royal Treasure Miniature Doxies until the ‘Purchase Agreement’ is finalized,
Payment in Full (including any applicable fees i.e. boarding fee) is received and the puppy is in your possession. Royal Treasure Miniature Doxies reserves the right to not sell a puppy to anyone for any reason, including non-confirmation of supplied information on this form.
At the time you finalize your purchase of a puppy you will be provided with a Purchase Agreement that specifies the breeder’s policies. You must agree and sign the document before the sale will happen. A copy of the document can be provided in advance and is located on this website.
If this application is approved, you’ll be notified and a Deposit Agreement will be sent to you when payment is finalized. Please read it, sign it, make a copy for your records and send the original back to us.
A puppy will not be sold without a signed contract. We believe it’s the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it’s a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.
From time to time we may decide to keep a puppy out of a litter. We reserve the right to hold puppies. This may mean that certain puppies may not be available for a couple weeks while we decide on if we may keep the said puppy or not.
Puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. Puppies must be picked up within 7 days unless other written arrangements are made.
Both the deposit and the application MUST be submitted before your name will be added to the waiting list and we must speak first as well!
Royal Treasure Miniature Doxies retains the rights to first pick from ALL of our litters, but we don’t always keep one…
NOTE: If the pup you are adopting is OVER 6 weeks payment-in-full is REQUIRED, we do not allow payments. Pups over 8 weeks are subjected to ‘Extended Stay’ fees.
Breeding pairings are subjected to change at anytime without notice.
